My Journey

From Trauma to Triumph..

From a hospital bed to the boardroom, my story is more than a survival story; it’s about redefining what’s possible.

After a near-fatal equestrian accident left me unable to walk, I rebuilt not just my body, but my identity. What began as a fight for life became a mission to transform how we lead, grow, and thrive in some of the world’s most demanding industries.

I’ve walked the path both literally and figuratively. From leading a multi-million-dollar plumbing company in Australia to founding the not-for-profit Empowered Women In Trades (EWIT), I’ve seen firsthand the impact culture has on performance, wellbeing, and equity.

Today, as the recipient of the 2024 Telstra Best of Business Award for Accelerating Women, and recognised among the Top 100 Women in Construction, I continue to drive change from the ground up—by empowering leaders to build environments where people rise.
